Our services

We offer coaching workshops, group programmes and 1:1 coaching focused on personal development. This is not therapy or medical treatment. If you’re experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, you should seek immediate assistance from a qualified medical professional.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Services provided are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise at the time of purchase.

Confidentiality

All your information disclosed during sessions shall be treated as private and confidential – in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics – and shall not be disclosed to any third party, save where disclosure is required by law or regulation, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or another person.

Using our content

Workshop and programme materials are for your own personal use. Copying, reselling, or sharing them is strictly prohibited.

No guarantees

Our materials and coaching programmes share experience, frameworks and guidance – they are not guarantees. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed and depend entirely on you and your life choices. Nothing provided constitutes financial, legal or medical advice.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
